Outlook 2000 - Stopped running - Now, it wants to reinstall itself

Outlook 2000 on a Win XP machine. It worked fine until last Thursday.
Now, when I click on the Outlook icon, it tries to reinstall itself.
It asks me for the Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Small Business CD. I
can't find that CD. When I click Cancel, I get a message Error 1706
telling me it couldn't find Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Small Business
edition. Clicking on OK gives me an error message telling me Outlook
can't start as it's missing component OMINT.DLL. Then it tells me to
install Outlook again.

Any idea on how to get past this? Where does OMINT.DLL go? I can get
it from the internet, but I don't know where to put it. Or, would
that solve the problem, anyway?

Any help will be appreciated
