problems with loading office xp-sp1

i recently upgraded my os with microsoft windows xp pro.
that was successful! then, i attempted to upgrade my
office 2000 with office xp-sp1. the system start to work
fine, then all of a sudden, a message appears to load
windows 2000 because it cannot find omint.dll.

i have a feeling that when i was running my mcafee it
quarrenteended a number of files, one of which may have
been omint.dll. so, when i was going thru my upgrading
to windows xp pro, i may have told mcafee to delete all
quarenntined files, thus deleting omint.dll.

if this is true, how can i get it back or downloaded into
my system? the computer is asking for me to insert the
windows 2000 cd, which i no longer have in my possession.

so, can someone please help me!!!
