Cannot start Microsoft Outlook

When one of the four users of my computer (Windows XP) tries to open MS
Office Outlook 2003 they get the message:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open Outlook window. The
set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists.

None of the other users have this problem. Please help.
 
Create a new mail profile.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
