Cannot start Microsoft Office. Cannot open the Outlook Window Office 2007

I shut down my computer and when I turned it back on I get this message now.
I did scanpst and compacted the files. What else do I need to do to get
Outlook 2007 to work again. Thanks!!

I created a new profile and imported my PST file and Outlook works now. The
old Outlook profile will not allow Outlook to open. I am back in business!
