Cannot share out journal

I have a user who is using Office 2003 SP2. He does not get the link to
share out his journal. His account is an exchange email account. He is also
able to share out everything else (calendar, contacts, etc.).

I have also set up his email profile on another computer and the problem
still occurs.

I even did the following: 1. Made myself a delegate in Tools/Options to have
reviewer rights for his journal; 2. right clicked on journal in the
navigation pane, went to properties, and granted myself reviewer rights to
his journal. Nothing worked.

What do I need to do to?

DId you check the Properties of the Journal folder, the Permissions tab? What symptoms indicate this isn't working?
