Cannot Send Windows Mail

Since last night, I've been able to receive mail, yet not send. Sits in my
Outbox. I have Verizon and been able to send from their site. The thing is,
no error message has popped up. In the past it has. My mail just sits there.
Not touched the settings. I just hoped it would work itself out. It hasn't.

Any thoughts?
