Cannot send to DVD/CD-RW

I cannot send to DVD/CD-RW, I cannot copy/paste or drag to DVD/CD-RW
Pls. help me.
my OS is Windows XP Home Edition (without SP1 or SP2)

If you installed NERO this will override windows drag and drop feature and
you have to use Nero

To get back to windows drag and drop you will need to change the drive Nero
is using

Nero is not a drag/drop program. If you want to use drag drop methods
you need to install the related InCD

(And the inbuilt XP burning is not true drag/drop either, and in any
case does not work with DVD media)

Thanks for your help, according with your advice, I am unable to get "Send
To: CD-RW Drive (D" when I right click on a file.
