Cannot send pictures in Outlook

I'm using Outlook 2000 and every time I send a picture as an attachment, the
recipient cannot open it. I've tried sending it in JPEG, BMP, GIF and TIF.
All attachments change to ?some other format? and then will not open.

I can send the same pictures in Outlook express and they come through fine.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I would really rather use Outlook
2000.

In what format are you sending the message? Make sure it is HTML or Plain
Text and not Rich Text.
