Attaching Pictures in Outlook Express 6

Since installing Works 2007 I can not send picture attachments in my Outlook
Express 6. When I attempt to send a picture it is sent in 6 to 8 sections
which arrive as a encoded message.

Text files send okay.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

tools, accounts, mail.. your acct's properties. look on the advanced tab -
you have it set to break apart messages larger than a specific size.
