Cannot send or receive e-mail with Windows mail

I'm sorry, I am in the wrong newsgroup. Because I have since upgraded to
Windows Live Mail and still have problems. So do I need the update
KB941090 with Windows Live Mail? Because I went into my view update
history and couldn't find it. Also while I was in view update history I
seen were updates:
KB935807 Failed 12/6/2007
KB936782 Failed 12/6/2007
KB936021 Failed 12/6/2007
KB929916 Failed 12/6/2007
KB936181 Failed 12/6/2007
KB936357 Failed 12/6/2007
Are any of these needed. What should I do about them?

KB941090 does not apply to WLM. If you continue to have problems
with WLM, you are more likely to get help by posting in the WLM
newsgroup: microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop .
 
my microsoft mail keeps coming up with this message
