cannot send mail

Please help I have read the other messages but still dont seem to help

Have you followed Sympatico's instructions for setting up to use their
email servers?

They don't seem to have written instructions for Windows Mail yet,
so use their instructions for Outlook Express but under Windows
Mail instead.

Are you sure you are using the correct server name? When I tried
to do a tracert to it, it got to somewhere in Europe, perhaps
Germany.

Also, what if any antivirus programs are you using? Some of them
tend to cause problems in Windows Mail, although seldom
immediately.
