Cannot send mail from Windows Mail

I'm running Vista and using Windows mail for my email with Comcast. I am
receiving the following error message whenever I try to send email.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems,
network problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

It used to work fine ...any ideas?

Comcast made some changes in their email settings without telling
their customers. Use these new instructions:
