Cannot send group emails

When I go to Windows Contacts, I can right click on individuals and then
"action" and then "email", but when I right click on a group I don't have the
"action" option and consequently I can't email the group.

Try this:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Contacts". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

If no improvement, I suggest upgrading to Windows Live Mail:

Are you sure you are using a contact group and not a contact folder. I
thought I had the same problem until I realised I was right clicking a folder
and not a group.
