Cannot send emails

A

annabelle

yesterday none of my messages in my outbox were sent. I had one message that
will not open up and it did contain attachments of pics and nothing shows up
on this email and everything is still in my outbox and I am connected. Any
help would be appreciated. :)
The message says: Message could not be displayed. Windows mail encountered
an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for
low memory or disc space and try again.

If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this
Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Incidentally, that fix was also included in Vista's SP1, so if you haven't
installed that, you are way overdue.

Once you get the Outbox cleaned out, send a test message to yourself.
If you get an error message when you try to send, right-click on your
error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
