Cannot send email to particular address

Hi,

We are in corporate environment with Exchange2k/Outlook2k.
User can send email to particular address eg: (e-mail address removed) and it will bounce
back
saying :

The message was undeliverable because the recipient specified has changed
address permanently and forwarding was not applicable

< mgw-x4.mycompany.com #5.1.6 SMTP; 551 Forwarding to remote hosts disabled>

I can send it from my mailbox and never bounces back.
User can send it from his home PC to this address and never bounces back.
User can send email to all other external addresses, but just this one
(e-mail address removed), bounces back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
