Outlook 2003 Error 550 cannot receive email from some clients

I work in an office and we can send and receive emails except from one
address. The emails they send us bounce back with the error message "error =
550 host name/domain name not valid or available"

Does anyone know why this is?

Hi Rebecca,

1. Check to make that email is still valid. E.g. send a test email from
hotmail

2. If you're receive from Hotmail but not company email, check with your
administrator. It's part of their job.
