Cannot send Attachments but can recieve

I have a person here at work that all of a sudden cannot send attachments.
She can send email without attachments but when you try with one, absolutly
nothing happens. We have checked firewall setting and she has the type of
attachemnt unblocked from outlook. It doesnt appear to be anything like that
anyway.

If you have an attachment and click send nothing happens it doesnt even try
to send it at all. Its as if outlook wasnt even working. She can send mail
with no attachments and recieve all mail just fine. Its just when you have
ANY attachment it does this. Any clues?

I thought maybe the size of her mailbox might have something to do with it
but she still recieves mail with attachments just fine.

Hi,

I had similar problems with sending emails with attachments on a computer in
wireless network - I can quite remember what the solution was but I am
pretty sure it has something to do with MTU (maximum transmission unit).
