Cannot see Win98 machines in workgroup

I have a WinXP Pro machine connected to a workgroup. I can see other WinXP
machines, but cannot see Win98 machines on same workgroup. I need to
connect to a shared printer on a Win98 machine. At least one of the WinXP
machines can see and connect to the Win98 printer, so I figure it must be a
setting I need to change on my machine. Any ideas?

How are you setup?
peer to peer?
Thru a hub? Switch?
only 2 computer on the work group?

Peer to Peer,
Through a hub
About 12 machines in a mix of Win98, Win2K and WinXP Pro
Each machine has it's own IP address
I can ping the IP address of the Win98 machine, but if I ping the name, it
will not resolve.
The Win98 machine can see my WinXP machine

Thanks Steve,
That made sense, but it didn't solve the problem. I have read somewhere
about this type problem, but since I didn't have the problem at the
time, --- oh well ----
