Cannot see public folders

I installed Office 2003 on a new PC and setup my Outlook 2003 to find the
Exchange 2000 server. It got all my mail folders but now I cannot see the
Public Folders like I can in Outlook 2002. How do get them to show? Thank
you.

Hi David,

You need to change your view in the navigation pane to folder list.

In the left hand pane, you should see a few rows, mail, calendar, etc, the
last row has 3 icons, select the icon that looks like a folder.
