Cannot see Administrator account in my User Accounts?

When I try to login using Administrator I get the message:

"Unable to log you on because of account restriction"

When I go to control panel I do not see the Administrator account.
However, I run the following command from windows: "Control userpassword2"
and I can see all accounts including the Administrator. I pressed the Reset
Password for the
Administrator account and I did not enter anything (to make it blank
password).
When I restarted my machine I tried to login as adminsitrator again but got
the same
error message. Any idea?

Try to login as admin in safe mode. If you can, creat a new account with admin priviledges and delete the original. You have a bad login entry in your registry. The only way is to delete it and recreate it

Are you using Home or Pro? In Home the only way to access the
Administrator account is by using Safe Mode.
