Cannot run setup file.

I validated windows(mine is genuine) and yet when I try
to run the microsoft antispyware setup file, my computer
aid that the publisher could not be verified and thus
cannot run the file?? How do I solve this??

Did you choose to Save download MSAS file or to run it from MS ?

Download setup file, choose Save and try again.
