cannot remove programs

G

Guest

When attempting to remove some old programs, I noticed that several programs
have the change/remove buttons greyed out in the "add/remove programs" dialog
box. Is there another way to uninstall programs?

Also, any idea what might be causing this condition?

Thanks!

Check the application's C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs folder for an uninstall routine or you can navigate to;
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SomeProgram
and execute the "UninstallString"
from the command line.

Or get in touch with the developer.
