cannot reinstall Nero burner

After upgrade from win98 to win2k, my nero burner (ver 5.5)
is not work. I've tried to re-install the nero burner but
it failed as it failed to uninstall the previous one,
please help and tell me what can I do, thanks for help in
advance!

I will suggest to perform the uninstall manually since
you had tried to do it the normal way and it failed,first
of all remove the registry entry for nero and second of
all remove nero folder within Program Files...I hope this
can help you with this issue..

Can you tell me how to remove the registry entry for Nero
Burner? I'm not very experience in windows system.
