I have just got Microsoft Outlook 2003 In work and I cannot receive any
external mails. Any mails that are sent internally are fine, but any from
outside the company cannot be. This shouldn’t be happening as everyone else
can do it.
I can send them fine and people receive them but I cant get their replies?
Any ideas?

I have done this and it wasnt ticked to begin with....any other ideas?

Make sure you have set Outlook in on-line mode;
Untick File-> Work Offline

Do they show up in OWA? If they do not show up there either something is
wrong with your mailbox on the Exchange server and not with Outlook.
