Cannot receive email

Hi spookeyone.I have the very same or simular problem as you,I couldn't
receive any email through my server,it's really odd how it happend,now,one of
the posts I read,said to uninstall any Anti Virus software,I do have Windows
Live One Care on my computer and it's out of date,It's trying to update,but
it doesn't,now,that could be the reason.
 
What server are you trying to download mail from?

Did you ever have a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that computer?
