Our computer resides on a network of which we are on a domain. The firewall
only allows traffic coming from our server. Traffic from outside our network
must access the computer via an analog line. We can send and receive emails
from the computer. No VPN is required. Once our office connects via the
network/high speed connection, the computer cannot send or receive emails
until Carbon Copy is closed. Carbon Copy can be reopened or left closed then
we can send and receive emails again. The problem reoccurs once our office
connects again via the network/Ethernet card. It is as if Carbon Copy can
not release the network/Ethernet card.
