hide carbon copy but show individual recipient

Is there a method whereby I can send a message to a multitude of addresses
(carbon copy) and hide the other addresses as in blind carbon copy, but show
the address of the recipient. In short, i want to sent out a lot of emails at
once, but i want the recipient to see their address only, not the other
recipients addresses.

That would require a mail merge with Word.
