Cannot Receive Email using Carbon Copy Software

The computer resides on a company's network of which we are on their domain.
Their firewall only allows traffic coming from our server. Traffic from
outside their network must access the computer via an analog line. We can
send and receive emails from the computer. No VPN is required. Once our
office connects via the network/high speed connection, the computer can not
send or receive emails until Carbon Copy is closed. Carbon Copy can be
reopened or left closed then we can send and receive emails again. The
problem reoccurs once our office connects again via the network/Ethernet
card. It is as if Carbon Copy can not release the network/Ethernet card. Any
help or advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Check with Carbon Copy first as without it Outlook works correctly.

Still; not related to Outlook. Google for a support group on Carbon Copy or
acquire support from them by contract or a possible one time trouble ticket.
