Cannot post to newsgroup since installing XP pro

I can post using 95, 98, 2000, and 2000 Server but since
purchasing and installing XP pro, I cannot post to a
newsgroup. I get an 0x8000CCCA9 error. Microsoft support
has been anything but helpful. I would be grateful if I
could find the resolution.

What program are you trying to use? If Outlook express, check the setup
of your mail account at its Tools - Accounts - News. You need (for
these groups) to use the server
msnews.microsoft.com
and no logon is needed: for your ISP's server see their information
