Posting once is enough. Also, for next time, don't use all caps; it is
considered shouting and rude and is hard to read.
Did you install the latest version of Zonealarm firewall? This is a
known issue. If this is your case, uninstall ZA and go back a version.
Or install a different firewall, like the free one from Sygate:
If the above doesn't fit your circumstances, then repost with a full
description of your computer and the problem, what you've done, and
what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't.
Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if you type normally, in
mixed case.
And please don't post the same question twice, three minutes
apart.
It's probably because you recently installed ZoneAlarm 5.0 This
is a known problem with it. The only cure until they fix it is to
go back to ZA 4.5
