Cannot open the Hard disk drive

i am not able to open the disk drive by double click it says "this filedoes
not have a program associated with to perform the action. Create an
association in Folder option control panel" what should I do??

Can you open the drive by going to My computer -> Right Click on the HDD
and click Open?

Where are you trying to open the drive? Trough a program?
