Cannot open template created by another user

Created templates and a website using Front Page and posted it on the server.

A colleague downloaded the website and templates in their entirety to their server. Colleague can open individual web pages but when she tries to open the template she receives this message: "Cannot open the file. There was an error when trying to run main templates/XWQ_subPage.dwt."

The directory is called main templates and the template file is named XWQ_subPage.dwt

Also, colleague is using Front Page 2002 and we are using Front Page 2003

Any clues/suggestions

Most likely because dwt was introduced in FP2003.

DWT are not supported under the FP extensions or any version other than FP2003.
