Cannot open pdf attachments

Using Outlook 2003 and Win XP

Cannot open pdf attachments via double click - keep getting message "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

I have both Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat installed

Can anyone assist in understanding this one

I'm afraid you're in the wrong group.

This group is for Microsoft Access.

For Outlook problems, try one of the 15 Outlook groups that all start with microsoft.public.outlook.

For Windows XP problems, try one of the 27 Windows XP groups that all start with microsoft.public.windowsxp.
