Proplem Opening pdf Files

Using Outlook 2003 and Win XP

Cannot open pdf attachments via double click - keep getting message "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

I have both Acrobat Reader (V. 6.01) and Adobe Acrobat (v. 6.0) installed

Can anyone assist in understanding this one

Hi - not sure why you would have both Acrobat and Acrobat Reader installed,
esp. as they're the same version. I'd uninstall the Reader - test. If no
joy, try reinstalling Acrobat itself...see if that works.

I'm presuming that if you save the attachment to disk you can double click
