I have a PDF attachment that will not open.

I am using Outlook 2003 and I receive a PDF attachment everyday that is
generated by another person in our office. The attachment is there and is
recognized by outlook, but outlook says that it cannot create the file. All
of the other PDF attachments that I recieve I am able to open. The attachment
is a PDF generated from a Lotus file. We are using either Acrobat
Professional Ver. 8 or Acrobat Standard Ver. 8 to open the PDF's. I am not
the only one who is unable to open the attachment. We have several people in
our office who are still able to open the attachment with out any problems.
