Diane - thanks for the response. Unfortunately for me, the / switch
didn't
work nor did deleting the xml file. Either way, I get same error message
when I start the problem profile. I've tried to restart, etc and still
get
the same error. I then tried this:
1. Created new profile and opened it - no problem loading it.
2. Imported the old pst into the new profile
3. Restarted Outlook with new profile
4. Got the same error message
5. Tried to run /resetnavpane again - ugh - same error!
Is the .pst itself corrupt and if so, is there anything I can do?
All of this after loading SP2 onto Vista.
Thanks for any ideas!
