Can't open Outlook 2007

When I try to open Outlook 2007 using on Desktop Icon I get the following
error message. After clicking OK it closes the Outlook Window.

Outlook problem just started after installing TurboTax 2009 and Outlook
Deluxe 2010, but I don't think that is the issue.

I am running Office 2207 On Vista Home Premium.

'Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.'

Start Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> type; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(note the space in the command)
