cannot open outlook express

I removed my wireless router and now cannot open outlook express. I have
reinstalled Windows XP but OE still won't open.

Thanks, thanks, thanks!! I had spent hours trying to resolve this problem.

I did have to go to the last step in order to open OE. Now, I'm concerned
about importing the folders. I have not checked each one, but those that I
have checked are not 'read-only'. Do you think that it is safe to import
these folders? We save so many messages that they will really be missed.

It is certainly worth a shot. You know what to do if OE won't start again.

You might import one or two folders at a time, close and restart OE. That
way you narrow it down to a couple of folders if you do have a problem.
