cannot open lilnks

I recently updated to IE7 and ever since my outlook 2003 won't let me click
on a hyperlink and open it. It goes into locate file and looks for exectable
files. Coincedence maybe but I can't open hyperlinks which creates a problem.
I have it set so I have to tell it to download pictures and when I click on
the link now nothing.

Any ideas?

And the window is called Locate Link Browser? Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE
