Cannot open .ldb file

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY OF THIS MESSAGE!!!!

The version of the .ldb file is access.lockfile.9 the
other two files simply say they are versions .1 file
and .2 files respectively. Does that shed any light at
all? The file size is 935 kb.

You're not supposed to be able to open a ldb file. This file is created by
access when you open a mdb or mde file. It's used for record locking and
user tracking.
