.ldb file problem

All users are out of the database, but the .ldb file still
exists. I cannot open the Access 2002 database
exclusively because it thinks someone is still in it. If
I try to delete the .ldb file, I get an 'in use' error and
I cannot get rid of it.

Any suggestions?

I had the SysAdmin for the network delete an .ldb file
when that happened to me. Just make sure everyone's out
first, and save a copy of the .mdb file ahead of time.
