cannot open embedded links...

When a link on a web page is clicked a new window opens but no content. The
page is blank as well as the address field. All was OK until I downloaded
IE6 SP1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have this problem on one of the workstations that
has been upgraed to IE6 SP1. Also loading the June 2003
Security roll-up didn't make a difference.
