++++++++++ Cannot open .CSV attachment

There is a problem about a .CSV attachemnt of Outlook on Winodows XP Pro PC
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=305982 ), so I
did the following:

.. Make change as in KB305982
.. Run Excel /unregserver and then Excel /regserver
.. Repair Office 2002
.. Un-Install Office 2002
.. Reboot PC
.. Delete the Office folder in C:\Program Files
.. Re-Install Office 2002
.. Reboot PC

I create 3 different format .CSV attachments and email to the user who can
open all of 3. And he also can open other format attachments.

Nothing works. Does anybody know how to solve the
problem? Thanks.

what is your exact problem with your *.csv file. That is do you get an
error message, etc.
