Closed the firewall

Is there an another procedure to open System

Yes, Start - right-click on Computer and choose Properties.

But if the other methods don't work, it's likely this won't either.

What happens when you hit the Windows key on lower left of keyboard and
pause break on upper right at the same time?

Why were you using a second mouse?
