Cannot open certain web pages!!!

Hi.
My internet explorer does something really strange. It
can open all web pages i know of wothout problem. Except
for one page. Whenever i type "www.outwar.com", msn auto
search response pops up. I have a wireless network, the
other computers can access it fine.
It is really strange since i have never seen this before.
If i try another browser, say MOZILLA, it says access
forbidden. I really do not have a clue, it all started
after the 4th time i formatted and re-installed windows
xp. (i have had some problems see. he he).
i also have some problems with admin access, but that is
not on this topic.
If anyona has any aid to spare or tips to give, please be
generous. THanks in advance.

you could try to place that site in trusted zone, check
to see if you allow cookies, delete temp files. if
nothing else works, i would get a trojan scan or two.
