Cannot map network drives!!!!!

Hi,
From two computers or clients i cann't connect to network
drive, I can't map them, I can't browse network and see
other computers in network,and can't see and connect to
print server.It says "The network path couldnot found" and
"An error occurred while reconnecting to x: to
\\servername...."
All of protocols on these machines(win2k pro) are as same
as others.
What can I do?
I have to DC win2k server that both of them are GC.

- Turn off your firewalls during testing, especially those that are
integrated with your virus scanner.
- Start off with some ping tests, then progress to connecting to
server shares.
