Cannot logon

I have Windows 2003 with AD and TS running, one of my user try to connect to
the TS running Windows XP Pro and he gets: Your logon interactive privilege
has been disabled. Pleas contact your system administrator. Have anyone
seen this or ran across this problem. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

You must go into the computer group policy on the domain
and check out the deny or allow access locally.
