cannot logon interactivly

Hello!

I have some computers, wich do not allow to logon domain
users. They belong to the domain, but only administrators
can log on. When a domain user is trying to log on,
following message appears:
"the local policy of this system does not permit you to
logon interactivly"
How to solve it?

You have to give them 'logon locally' user right.
