logon error

Im not sure what changed in our environemt but something has gone wrong.
Anyone trying to login to a machine where they dont have admin rights
assigned to them get this error:
"the local policy of this system doesnt permit you to logon interactivly"
Once i login as an admin to that computer and put them in the admin group
they are able to login fine. However people change computers very often and
this isnt a good temp solution. Any idea why this would happen? How can i
fix it?

thanks,
jen

Jen,

Can I recommend that you investigate using GPMC to run resultant Set Of
policy against the remote machine with the configuration problem. You are
looking for a couple of potential security problems within Computer
Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Setting, Local Policies, User
Rights Assignment and the Allow Logon Locally and Logon Locally policies,
ensure that users are in the lists.
