cannot loginto hotmail from home

i have a problem with logging into hotmail form home.
i am able to login at work or friends house but when i
login into hotmail at home it brings up the login screen
then when i submit it says page cannot be found..
this has always happened. never been able to login just
curious why.
any ideas shoot back.. thanks
